What is Aerosol Photometer Calibration?

The aerosol photometer is designed based on the Mie scattering principle. It is an instrument that calculates the filtration efficiency by measuring the ratio of the mass concentration of aerosol particles (PAO, DOP) in the air upstream and downstream of the sample being measured. It has now become an important indicator of the filtration efficiency of high-efficiency filters. As the main equipment for quantitative evaluation, ISO14644-3 clearly states that the aerosol photometer is used to perform performance testing of high-efficiency filters.

2, Aerosol Mist Mixing Device

The ZR-1320 aerosol mist mixing device is a device that realizes aerosol mist and dynamic dilution and mixing to produce aerosol with a stable concentration. The working process is to introduce the external dry clean air source into the aerosol-generating device to generate high-concentration aerosol, and the aerosol enters the dilution and mixing chamber for dynamic dilution and mixing. The control of aerosol generation concentration can be achieved by real-time control of the pressure of the aerosol generation device and the fan speed.
