ZR-3260 Intelligent Stack dust( gas) Tester

Short Description:

ZR 3260 intelligent stack dust(gas) tester is a portable instrument. It adopts isokinetic sample and membrane filter (cartridge) weighing method to measure dust concentration while using electrochemistry or optical principle sensor  to analyze O2,SO2, NOx, CO and other poisonous and harmful gas concentration.And also the velocity of flue gas, flue gas temperature, flue gas humidity,  flue pressure and exhaust air rate etc.It’s suitable for stationary pollutant source dust and flue gas concentrations ,total amount of emission dust removal and desulphurization efficiency monitoring.

Principle
1)Particular isokinetic sampling
Place the sampling probe into the smoke flue , and puts nozzle on the sample point facing airflow direction ,sample a certain amount of dust according to the isokinetic sampling requirements.Gas cartridge according to capture of smoke sampling volume.And then  calculate  emissions  of particulate matterconcentrations and  emission total quantity.
According to static pressure,dynamic pressure,temperature and humidity from all different sensors,MPU automatically calculates flue gas flowrate,isokinetic tracing flowrate and makes a comparison between the computed flowrate and the real flowrate .Then computes response control signals to control the exhaust gas capacity to make the actual flow equals to the calculated sampling flow.
2)Humidity
MPU controls sensors to measure wet ball,dry ball, wet ball surface pressure and exhausted static pressure.Combined with temperature of wet ball surface temperature to trace the related saturated vapor pressure–Pbv,calculates flue gas humidity in accordance with formula.
3)O2 measurement
Put the sampling probe to extract flue gas with O2 and measure instant O2 content.According to O2 content, computes air excess coefficient α.
4)Poisonous gas instant concentration emission load measurement principle.
Put the sampling probe into the stack to extract flue gas including SO2,NOx.After dedusting and dehydration treatment,through SO2,NOx electrochemistry sensor,the following reaction will happen;
SO₂+2H₂O —> SO⁴- + 4H++2e-
NO +2H₂O —> NO³- + 4H++3e-
Under certain conditions, the size of the sensor output current is proportional to the concentration of SO2, NO.According to the measurement of the sensor output current ,can be calculated instantaneous concentration of SO2, NOx.At the same time, according to the test flue gas emissions parameters, instruments t can calculates SO2 and NOx emissions.
