ZR-4000 Airflow Pattern Visualizer
Introduction
ZR-4000 Airflow Pattern Visualizer adopts ultrasonic atomization method to generate high-visibility and pollution-free fog of about 10 microns, which is used for recording and checking airflow direction in clean rooms and controlled environments. According to ISO14644-3 and GMP, the airflow direction needs to be evaluated for the validation of cleanrooms and biosafety cabinets. The machine can be applied to semiconductor and pharmaceutical clean workshops.
