Introduction

ZR-1013 Biosafety cabinet quality tester adopts potassium iodide (KI) method to test the protection performance of biosafety cabinet class II, conforms to JJF 1815-2020 <Calibration Specification for Class II biosafety Cabinets> and related standards. Build in background test, operator protection, product protection and cross protection four working mode. It is meanly used to test whether the aerosol leaked to outside of the environment, whether the outer agents could enter the work area, whether the contamination among samples is minimized. It is applicable to the protection performance test of class II biosafety cabinets by metrological verification departments, scientific research institutes and biosafety cabinet manufacturers.

8-inch colored high definition touch screen, the contents are intuitive and operation is easy.

Equipped special aerosol sampler, could capture special size aerosol.

Equipped calibrated special KI aerosol generator, the rotation speed is stable.

Four path independent high precision sampling module, automatic flow control, don’t need to adjust pressure to stabilize flow.

Test results could be exported to USB drive or printed by Bluetooth printer.

High precision liquid supply module, guarantee a stable liquid flow.

The automatic aerosol control port adopts PID arithmetic, control by real time feedback generator rotation speed.

Operator protection, product protection and cross protection test three test modes could start after just press the button.
