H2 Generator ZR-1308

The ZR-1308 hydrogen generator is a portable precision instrument that utilizes Nafion proton exchange membrane electrode modules to produce high-purity hydrogen. it can rapidly refill solid hydrogen cylinders of THC Analyzer ZR-3130 and Portable H-FID THC Analyzer ZR-7221.  

Hydrogen is produced by electrolysis, using pure water as the electrolyte. Pure water conductivity less than or equal to 5μS/cm through the pump into the hydrogen electrolytic cell anode chamber, is supplied to the membrane electrode assembly, in the anode side reaction precipitation oxygen, hydrogen ions and electrons (2H2O-→4H++4e--+O2) electrons through the external circuit to the cathode. Hydrogen ions (H)+ reach the cathode through the proton exchange membrane, and absorb electrons to form hydrogen gas(4H+4e→2H2), which is discharged from the cathode chamber. Then the hydrogen gas is filled into the solid hydrogen storage bottle quickly after purification into high-purity hydrogen through the water vapor separation, trace oxygen removal, moisture removal, hydrogen purification and other devices.
